2. Course Access and Usage

Upon enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the course materials and live sessions. Course access is for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

• Access to live Zoom sessions as scheduled
• Recorded session playback for enrolled courses
• Course materials and resources download
• Community forum participation

3. Pricing Structure

TutorialScience offers transparent upfront pricing with flexible payment options:

• Starter: Free access to Foundation materials
• Foundation: $299 (6 weeks)
• Professional: $2,149 (14 weeks)
• Mastery: $4,149 (22 weeks additional)
• Ongoing mentorship: $199/month (optional)

4. Payment and Refunds

We offer flexible payment options with weekly completion-based payments and bundle discounts. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Pay weekly after each completed week of coursework
• 7% discount for paying full tier fee upfront
• 15% discount for bundle purchase (all four tiers + 1 year mentorship)
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days when applicable

5. User Conduct

Users are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior during live sessions and community interactions.

• Respectful communication with instructors and peers
• No sharing of inappropriate content
• No recording or redistribution of live sessions
• Compliance with community guidelines

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and resources are the intellectual property of TutorialScience and our instructors.

7. Limitation of Liability

TutorialScience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
